- • Ownership, lease, or legally binding access to sufficient plant, equipment, vehicles, spill response resources and qualified personnel for hazmat response and environmental remediation
- • Proof of equipment access through ownership documentation, lease agreements, subcontracting agreements, asset registers, or letters of commitment
- • Minimum 11 previous hazmat response and remediation projects with documentation (project type, dates, values)
- • Company existence of at least 6 years
- • Fully completed SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule with all items priced
- • Validity period of 120 business days
- • Proof of authority (company resolution) for bid signatory
