- • Minimum 1 reference client with 5+ units for cargo handheld scanner support and maintenance
- • Contactable reference letters on company letterhead with company name, services provided, contract duration, contact details, and authorized signature
- • Evidence of previous work value from similar completed projects (R500,000+ preferred for full points)
- • Dedicated technicians for each site: 1 for ORTIA Cargo/Wire Centres/Western Precinct, 1 for CTIA Cargo/Wire Centres, 1 for Upington (on call-out basis)
- • Comprehensive CVs showing technician experience with access control system certifications
- • Maintenance and resources plan
- • Security vetting may be required (ACSA is National Key Point)
