RFP for 3-year provision of security manned guarding and security technical services for Coega Development Corporation SEZ and non-SEZ business sites, requiring PSIRA registration, liability insurance of R20m+, BBBEE compliance, CSD registration, and tax compliance.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • VAT registered (or obligation to register if awarded and turnover exceeds R1m)
- • CIPC company registration confirmation
- • POPI Act consent form completion
- • Functional office in Gqeberha (or 90 days to establish)
- • Security screening and criminal record clearance for all officers within 30 days of appointment
- • Contingency Plan and Crisis Management plan submission within 30 days
- • Compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act, COIDA, NEMA, and Disaster Management Act
- • Minimum 70 points threshold on functionality evaluation to proceed
- • Not on CIPC de-registered businesses list
- • No assignment of public servants
- • Certified security systems technicians and partners/resellers for specified technical systems (for CDC/329/26)
- • Proof of annual PSIRA rate compliance
- • For JV/Consortium: consolidated B-BBEE certificate, individual certificates/affidavits, JV agreement or intent agreement, COIDA registration as JV entity
