- • KYC documents for FICA compliance (certified ID, Certificate of Incorporation, Director list)
- • Public liability insurance of R 2,000,000 for contract duration
- • South African citizen staff with valid citizenship validation
- • Proof of good standing with PSSPF before contract commencement
- • Monthly wage compliance with National Bargaining Council minimum rates
- • Security vetting and credit vetting approval (explicit approval given by bid submission)
