- • Bachelor's Honours degree (NQF 8) in mining-related qualification (e.g. Mining Engineering, Geology, Rock Engineering, Health and Safety Management, Mine environmental control disciplines) or other mine health and safety related disciplines
- • Minimum 4 years on-mine experience (working on a mine)
- • Candidate must achieve minimum 70% in interview
- • Must pass vetting process (Credit, Criminal, Fraud, Qualifications and References checks)
- • Must pass all psychometric tests
- • Valid and certified sworn affidavit or B-BBEE certificate for preference points
- • Proof of registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- • Tax Verification PIN from SARS or CSD supplier number
- • SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid) fully completed and signed
- • SBD 4 (Bidders' Disclosure form) fully completed and signed
- • SBD 6.1 (Preference Claim Form) fully completed and signed
- • SBD 3 (Pricing Schedule) fully completed
- • Maximum 5 CVs to be submitted
- • Not a person in service of the State
