RFQ 12125: Airports Company of South Africa seeks a Professional Civil Engineering Consultant to provide services for verification of Stage 3 design and professional services for Stages 4-6 of airside and landside service roads and Bravo taxiway rehabilitation at King Phalo Airport over a two-year period, using NEC3 Professional Services Contract.

- • Professional Indemnity Insurance: R5 Million cover for 24 months following completion
- • Public Liability Insurance: R10 Million cover for 24 months following completion
- • COIDA/Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act compliance as prescribed
- • Quality Policy Statement and Quality Plan submission within 2 weeks of Contract Date
- • First Programme submission for acceptance within 2 weeks of Contract Date
- • Revised Programmes submitted at 4-weekly intervals
- • Registration number of Consultant must be provided
- • Compliance with ACSA Special Requirements at Operational Airport (Part C4.3)
- • Compliance with ACSA Occupational Health and Safety Specification (Part C4.4)
- • Compliance with ACSA Environmental Management System requirements (Parts C4.7-C4.10)
- • Permit to Work and Site Access approval following ACSA procedures
