Free State Public Works seeks to appoint qualified, PSIRA-registered security companies with graded security officers to a 3-year panel for security services on an as-and-when basis across five regions in the Free State Province.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • CIPC company registration certificate (certified if copy, not older than 6 months)
- • Fully operational office in Free State Province (proof of ownership or lease required)
- • Selection of up to 3 regions from 5 specified districts (Motheo, Xhariep, Lejweleputswa, Fezile Dabi, Thabo Mofutsanyane)
- • Ability to deploy armed or unarmed security officers as required
- • Pricing based on PSIRA gazetted rates
- • All tenderers subject to tax compliance verification via SARS eFiling and CSD at time of award
- • Compulsory clarification briefing: 30 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, Voortrekker Hospital, Kroonstad
