- • SBD 4 (Disclosure and Declaration)
- • SBD 6.1 (Specific Goal Declaration Form)
- • Executive Summary (Schedule 1)
- • Technical Proposal (Schedule 3) addressing Part 5 evaluation criteria
- • Financial/Price Proposal (Schedule 4)
- • Proof of tax compliance with SARS
- • Consortium/Joint Venture must submit consolidated B-BBEE certificate and signed agreement
- • Prime Contractor with Subcontractor(s) must submit all parties' B-BBEE certificates and signed subcontracting agreement
