- • BBBEE Certificate showing at least 30% women ownership (to claim 8 preference points)
- • Doctor's note or Department of Labour confirmation or BEE certificate confirming disability status (to claim 2 preference points)
- • Registration on Central Supplier Data Base (CSD)
- • Tax compliance confirmation
- • Quotation on company letterhead in PDF format only
- • Offer validity period and lead time specified
- • VAT treatment clearly indicated (exclusive or inclusive)
