About this tender
Sasria SOC Limited seeks to appoint a Travel Management Company to provide comprehensive travel management services (flights, accommodation, car rental, visa applications, etc.) for a 5-year contract period through an RFP process with mandatory B-BBEE certification and tax compliance verification.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid B-BBEE verification certificate or Valid Sworn Affidavit or Valid Specialised Entity Sworn Affidavit
- • EME with turnover <R10m requires sworn affidavit confirming annual revenue and black ownership
- • QSE with 51%+ black beneficiaries may submit sworn affidavit confirming annual revenue and black ownership
- • Confidentiality and Non-disclosure Agreement (Annexure A) must be signed
- • Acceptance of Bid Conditions and Bidder's Details (Annexure B) must be completed and signed
- • Shareholder Information (Annexure C) required
- • Bidder's Experience and Proposed Project Team (Annexure D) required
- • SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid) - entire RFP document filled and signed
- • SBD 4 (Disclosure and Declaration) required
- • SBD 6.1 (Specific Goal Declaration Form) required
- • Proof of tax compliance with SARS
- • All four schedules must be completed for submission
- • Proposals must remain valid for at least 150 days after closing date
- • Consortium/Joint Venture requires consolidated B-BBEE certificate and signed agreement
- • Prime Contractor with Subcontractor(s) requires B-BBEE certificates for both and signed subcontracting agreement
