- • Compliance with Financial Sector Regulatory Act
- • Compliance with Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities (PRECCA)
- • Demonstrated track record in fundraising for development or impact investment funds with references
- • Knowledge of donor/investor landscape
- • Experience with blended finance, ESG, and impact capital models
- • Strong networks with philanthropic, public, and private funding sources
- • Proven ability to develop bankable proposals and negotiate funding agreements
- • Understanding of PFMA, governance, compliance, and donor due diligence requirements
- • Experience working within emerging markets and/or development finance ecosystems
