- • B-BBEE certificate (SANAS accredited) or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs
- • CIPC registration documents with Directors/Shareholders IDs
- • Consortium/JV/Sub-contractor agreements and separate TCS for each party
- • Building grade A, B or C from relevant authorities
- • Lift maintenance certificate or proof
- • Professional team: Project Manager and Space Planner/Interior Designer
- • KYC documents for FICA compliance
- • Staff must be South African citizens
- • Lease Agreement to be signed post-award
- • Security vetting and credit vetting approval
