- • Server room with fire-resistant storage and dedicated air conditioning
- • Entire premises air-conditioned (split or centralised)
- • Power ducting in all work areas and offices for data cabling and IT telephony
- • Ramps and lifts for disabled and elderly access
- • Space to accommodate at least one movable safe
- • Glass partitioning in cellular offices and boardrooms with SEDFA branding frosting
