- • BBBEE Certificate
- • Rates and Taxes confirmation (municipal account statement not older than 3 months, not in arrears for more than 90 days)
- • Rates and Taxes confirmation for all owners/members/directors/major shareholders
- • Duly signed and completed MBD forms (MBD 1, 4, 5, 8, 9)
- • Audited Financial Statements for most recent three years (or from date of establishment if less than 3 years old)
- • Proof of access to animal technician or veterinary doctor for emergencies
- • Appropriate facilities and equipment for animal collection and transportation compliant with Animal Protection Act 71 of 1962, Animal Health Act 7 of 2002, and City bylaws
- • Personnel with branded protective clothing and relevant equipment
- • Proof of continuous risk assessment and evaluation per Occupational Health and Safety Act
- • Valid Joint Venture agreement if bidding as JV (with all required documents for all parties)
