- • Valid Letter of Good Standing (COIDA)
- • Certified copies of Identity Documents of company directors
- • Proof of company/closed corporation registration and CM/CK certificates
- • Certified copies of identity documents of those with equity/shares
- • Valid Certified Proof of Insurance Cover (Public Liability)
- • Certificate of Compliance after initial installation
- • Reference letters confirming 5 years' operational experience in fire equipment installation and maintenance
- • CV for Foreman/Project Leader with 5 years' fire systems experience
- • CVs for 2 Technicians with 3 years' fire systems experience each
- • Maintenance plan including monthly testing and inspection procedures
- • 24-hour emergency standby service capability
