  • Know Your Customer (KYC) documents: certified identity documents, Certificate of Incorporation, certified Change of Name if applicable, current Directors list
  • SBD 1: Invitation to Bid (completed and signed)
  • SBD 3.3: Price (completed and signed)
  • SBD 4: Declaration of Interest (completed and signed)
  • SBD 6.1: Preference Points Claim Form (completed and signed)
  • Pricing proposal (mandatory completion and submission)
  • Bid initialled on every page
  • Submission in English
  • One original and one electronic PDF copy on memory stick/flash drive
  • Sealed envelope submission at physical address by deadline
  • Service Level Agreement to be entered into post-award
  • Staff must be South African citizens
