SEDFA seeks a qualified service provider to supply, implement, support, and maintain managed SDWAN and Internet services across 71 offices for five years, with compulsory briefing attendance, 80/20 evaluation, and extensive compliance requirements including tax clearance, BBBEE certification, and CSD registration.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid Tax Compliant Status (TCS PIN issued by SARS)
- • Valid B-BBEE certificate from SANAS Accredited Agency (or EME/QSE sworn affidavits per dtic/CSCC templates)
- • National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with proof
- • CIPC registration documents listing all Directors/Shareholders with certified ID copies (not older than 3 months)
- • Know Your Customer (KYC) documents: certified identity documents, Certificate of Incorporation, certified Change of Name if applicable, current Directors list
- • SBD 1: Invitation to Bid (completed and signed)
- • SBD 3.3: Price (completed and signed)
- • SBD 4: Declaration of Interest (completed and signed)
- • SBD 6.1: Preference Points Claim Form (completed and signed)
- • Pricing proposal (mandatory completion and submission)
- • Bid initialled on every page
- • Submission in English
- • One original and one electronic PDF copy on memory stick/flash drive
- • Sealed envelope submission at physical address by deadline
- • Service Level Agreement to be entered into post-award
- • Staff must be South African citizens
- • Bidders subject to security vetting and/or credit vetting via external providers
- • Compliance with all South African laws
