- • Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN from SARS (or valid TCS certificate on record)
- • Copy of latest municipal account statement (not older than 3 months) OR copy of lease agreement
- • Original or certified copy of SANAS-approved B-BBEE verification certificate OR affidavit
- • Copy of business registration documents
- • Resolution from Board of Directors/members/partners/trustees authorising signatory
- • Declaration of Interest (MBD4)
- • Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD9)
- • Declaration of past supply chain management practices (MBD8)
- • Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire
- • Bid must be completed in black ink, fully signed and initialled by authorised signatory (no electronic signatures)
- • If consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors involved: each party must submit separate TCS/PIN/CSD
- • Not in arrears with municipal rates, taxes or charges for more than 3 months
