12-Month Accredited Learnership Programme for PWD Learners – SANAS

The service provider must implement and deliver an accredited Services SETA Learnership programme of at least 12 months' duration for SANAS. The scope includes: recruitment and sourcing of two learners (one African male and one African female, both with confirmed disability status and meeting Black People definition per B-BBEE codes); provision of training venues accessible to learners with disabilities; delivery of NQF Level 3 or above learnership training aligned to Services SETA critical skills; learnership administration, registration, and contract support; facilitation, assessment, and moderation of the programme; portfolio of evidence management; project management of training sites; mentoring and coaching of learners; quarterly management reporting; external moderation coordination with Services SETA; certification and credit uploading; online and telephonic PWD support; and assistance with post-completion learner absorption. The service provider is fully responsible for sourcing and managing training and services on behalf of SANAS, ensuring 100% successful learner completion. Delivery location is SANAS offices in Pretoria, with a delivery date of October 2026. The contract is for 12 months with three implementation phases described in the pricing schedule.
