Repair and maintenance of the Temba Administration Office located at coordinates -25.402458, 28.267393 in the City of Tshwane, Gauteng. The work is a single lump-sum project with a contract duration of 40 working days commencing from the date work begins on site and ending on practical completion, followed by a 90-calendar-day defects liability period. Detailed scope of work and bill of quantities are provided in Annexures A and B (not included in extracted text). The service provider must supply all labour, materials, and expertise required to complete the repair and maintenance works to the satisfaction of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. On-site work location is Portion 1 Leeuwkraal 92 JR. The RFQ closing date is 26 October 2026 at 11:00. Compulsory site briefing attendance is required on 19 October 2026 at the work location. Quotations must include a detailed breakdown showing unit price, total excluding VAT, VAT at 15%, and total inclusive of VAT, valid for 60 days from closing date.
