- • Database capability for CoT qualification access and retrieval
- • Ability to issue formal verification certificates with company logo
- • Municipal account statement (company and all owners/directors/major shareholders) not older than 3 months, not in arrears >90 days
- • Audited financial statements for most recent 3 years or proof of exemption
- • Duly signed completed MBD forms (MBD 1, 4, 5, 8, 9)
- • Company Registration Certificate
- • Valid BBBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit for QSE/EME
