City of Tshwane seeks a service provider for professional simultaneous and consecutive interpreting, translation and editing services across multiple South African official languages for six months on an as-needed basis.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • At least 2 or more contactable reference letters demonstrating previous relevant experience
- • Curriculum vitae for each language combination for interpreting and translation
- • Certified copies of qualifications for all language practitioners
- • Company Registration Certificate
- • Municipal Account Statement (not older than 3 months, not in arrears more than 90 days) for bidder
- • Municipal Account Statement for all owners/members/directors/major shareholders (not older than 3 months, not in arrears more than 90 days)
- • Duly signed and completed MBD forms (MBD 1, 4, 5, 8, 9)
- • Audited Financial Statements for most recent three years or from date of establishment if less than three years old
- • Signed letter of authorization if signatory is not a Director/Member/Owner/Shareholder
- • Declaration of interest in related companies
