About this tender
City of Tshwane seeks a service provider for professional simultaneous and consecutive interpreting, translation and editing services across multiple official and foreign languages for six months on an as-and-when-required basis.
Requirements to bid
What you need to qualify for this tender
- • At least 2 or more contactable reference letters demonstrating previous relevant experience
- • Curriculum vitae for each language combination for interpreting and translation
- • Certified copies of qualifications for all language practitioners
- • For foreign languages: Bachelor's degree in Arts or relevant qualifications and experience in at least two of French and Portuguese
- • Municipal rates and taxes up to date (not in arrears for more than 90 days)
- • Municipal rates and taxes for all owners/members/directors/major shareholders up to date (not in arrears for more than 90 days)
- • Audited financial statements for most recent three years or from date of establishment if less than three years old
- • Duly signed and completed MBD forms (MBD 1, 4, 5, 8 and 9)
- • Company registration certificate
- • BBBEE certificate
- • CSD summary report
- • Pricing schedule with all items quoted
- • Joint Venture agreement (if applicable) signed by all parties
