- • Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Compliance PIN
- • BBBEE Certificate (for preference points scoring)
- • Municipal Rates and Taxes confirmation (bidder and all owners/members/directors/major shareholders)
- • Duly signed and completed MBD forms (MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 5, MBD 8, MBD 9)
- • Audited Financial Statements for most recent 3 years (or proof not required by law)
- • Minimum three (3) contactable reference letters
- • Pricing schedule (all 6 items must be quoted)
- • Joint Venture agreement (if bidding as JV)
- • Local (South African) manufacturer confirmation or proof of unavailability
- • Proof of municipal account statement not older than 3 months (not in arrears >90 days)
