- • Minimum annual turnover of R100,000
- • 3 signed reference letters (not older than 5 years) from previous clients for fleet maintenance/repairs or similar services
- • Proof of business address (lease agreement or utility account such as rates/taxes or water/electricity)
- • SBD 4 - Declaration of Interest form (completed and signed)
- • SBD 6.1 - Preference points claim form
- • Integrity Pact (mandatory)
- • Valid BBBEE sworn affidavit (DTI/CIPC issued) or SANAS accredited verification certificate
- • Company profile demonstrating experience in fleet service & repairs or fleet management solutions
- • Compliance with VAT registration status declaration
