What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Performance Bond: 5% of contract value excluding VAT (Clause X13.1)
- • Retention: 5% (Clause X16.1)
- • Insurance: Contractor Work Insurance, Public Indemnity, Professional Indemnity and SASRIA as per Insurance Schedule C1.4
- • Programme submission within 2 weeks of Contract Date (Clause 31.1)
- • Revised programmes at intervals no longer than 2 weeks (Clause 32.2)
- • Tax invoice required for payment processing
- • Compliance with NEC3 Engineering & Construction Contract core clauses and main/secondary options
- • Defects liability period: 12 months after completion (Clause 42.2)
- • Delay damages: 0.05% of contract value per day up to 10% maximum (Clause X7.1)
