- • For consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors: each party must submit separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number
- • All returnable documents completed in entirety
- • Original plus 1 copy in printed format, sealed separately marked ORIGINAL and COPY
- • Electronic format submission on USB Flash Drive
- • English translation of any non-English documentation
- • All signatories must sign original and copies; joint venture signatories must identify lead partner
- • Tender validity: 12 weeks (84 days) from closing date
