- • Performance bond: 10% of total professional fees
- • Insurance in joint names covering events from starting date until defects certificate or termination
- • Minimum indemnity for death/bodily injury as prescribed by COIDA No. 130 of 1993
- • Quality policy statement and quality plan within 4 weeks of contract date
- • First programme for acceptance within 2 weeks of contract commencement
- • Revised programmes at intervals no longer than 4 weeks
- • Valid tax invoice for payment processing
