- • Bill of Quantities (completed and priced)
- • Letter of Good Standing from Compensation Commissioner
- • Preference Points claim form (SBD 6.1)
- • B-BBEE sworn affidavit, SANAS or DTIC certificate (if claiming points for specific goals)
- • Resolution of Board of Directors (proof of signatory authority)
- • Electronic copy of Bill of Quantities in Excel format on memory stick
- • Attendance at compulsory site inspections at three locations (Twee Rivieren, Mata Mata, Nossob)
- • Signature from SANParks representative at final site visit (Nossob on 13 August 2026) - tenders without signature will be disqualified
