Office of the Pension Funds Adjudicator seeks qualified IT service providers to design, develop, implement, and support a WhatsApp Business solution for 18 months with Phase 1 delivery in 3 months and full delivery in 6 months.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Registration with Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- • Completion of Standard Bidding Documents (SBD forms)
- • Proof of company registration number
- • Technical capability to design and develop WhatsApp Business Cloud API solutions
- • Experience with Microsoft .NET technology, SQL Server, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Active Directory integration
- • Ability to deliver Phase 1 within 3 months and complete solution within 6 months
- • Capacity to provide 18 months maintenance and support services with defined SLAs
