- • Accredited training facility in North West Province
- • Accredited trainers (facilitators, assessors, moderators)
- • Accredited training materials or proof of purchase from accredited institution
- • SBD 1 completed in ink
- • SBD 4 completed in ink
- • SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim form
- • General Conditions of Contract initialised on each page
- • Company profile
- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs) for preference points
- • Bidders must not be in service of the state
- • No directors employed by Government or any Organ of State
- • Not listed on National Treasury Database of restricted suppliers
- • Not listed in Register for Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers
