- • Valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs)
- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or Tax Compliance Certificate
- • SBD 1 completed in full and in ink
- • SBD 4 signed declaration
- • General Conditions of Contract (GCC) initialised on each page
- • Joint venture/trust/consortium agreement (if applicable) signed by all parties
- • Separate Tax PIN for each party in consortia
- • Joint bank account details or written agreement on designated account (for consortia)
