- • Proof of accreditation of training facilities (institution, workshops, workplace)
- • Proof of accreditation of trainers (facilitators, assessors, moderators)
- • Proof of accredited training materials or proof of purchase from accredited institutions
- • SBD 1 (Invitation to bid) completed in ink
- • SBD 4 (Declaration of interest) completed in ink
- • General Conditions of Contract initialled on each page
- • Company profile
- • BBBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs and QSEs)
- • For joint ventures/trusts/consortia: signed agreement from all parties, separate Tax PIN for each supplier/MAAA number, joint bank account details or written agreement on designated account
