Three-Year Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Programme for SARAO and SKAO

The South African Radio Astronomy Observatory (SARAO) requires a three-year Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Intervention Programme for SARAO and SKAO employees. The programme will address diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives tailored for the staff of both organisations. Bidders must submit proposals through the National Treasury e-submission portal (admin.etenders.gov.za) using their Central Supplier Database (CSD) credentials. The evaluation process occurs in three stages: Stage 1 and Stage 2 involve mandatory compliance and technical criteria; failure to meet these criteria results in automatic disqualification. Stage 3 involves price and preference point evaluation using the 80/20 preferential procurement system as prescribed by Section 4 of the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022. Bid submissions close on Tuesday, 3 November 2026 at 12:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted. The bid documentation is available on both the National Treasury E-tenders portal and the SARAO website (http://www.sarao.ac.za/tenders/).
