NRF seeks qualified supplier for once-off procurement of one marine box-corer system for polar research infrastructure, with two spare boxes, technical documentation, and 2-year manufacturer warranty.

- • Compulsory briefing session attendance (20 August 2026 at 11:00 AM via Google Meet)
- • Two-folder submission system: Folder A (bid forms and compliance), Folder B (technical response), Folder C (pricing)
- • Box-corer system specifications: 0.25 m² sampling area, 50x50x65cm core, 565kg, rated to 6000m ocean depth, marine-grade 316L stainless steel
- • Two additional spare sample boxes with same dimensions and window modifications
- • ISO 9001:2015 compliance for manufacturing
- • All winch connection and attachment equipment with interface details
- • Complete technical documentation: SOPs, maintenance manuals, user manuals, technical specification sheets
- • Confirmation of local maintenance capability and warranty implications
- • Minimum deployment requirements and vessel infrastructure details
- • Recommended servicing/maintenance schedules and operational lifespan under standard research use
- • Spare parts availability and lead times
- • 2-year manufacturer warranty from shipment date covering defects and normal operations
- • Proof of authority (company resolution) for bidder signature
- • Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number
- • Separate TCS/PIN/CSD for each party in consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors
- • No persons in state service, directors in state service, or close corporation members in state service
