Appointment of SANAS-accredited water analysis service provider for EFTEON over five years, requiring physical/chemical/biological water quality testing with sample collection from six South African landscapes.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid SANAS accreditation certificate must accompany all results
- • Accreditation must be maintained throughout contract period
- • Prompt notification required if accreditation is lost, suspended or affected
- • Ability to collect samples from six specified EFTEON landscape locations
- • Sample collection within 24 hours of notification and within 6 hours of courier notification
- • Turnaround time for analysis not exceeding three weeks after sample receipt
- • Provision of 600 × 1L plastic bottles annually for chemical analysis
- • Provision of 150 × 500ml sterilised bottles quarterly for microbiological analysis
- • Courier delivery of bottles to SAEON National Office in Pretoria
- • Appointment of dedicated contract manager with written notification to SAEON
- • Specified analytical methods with documented measurement uncertainty for all parameters
- • Compliance with listed physical, chemical and biological parameter specifications with defined uncertainty limits
- • Ability to perform analysis for: turbidity, EC, pH, TDS, BOD, COD, nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, phosphate, chloride, sulfate, alkalinity, heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg, As, Cr, Mn, Fe), and biological parameters (total coliforms, fecal coliforms, E. coli)
