About this tender
NRF seeks to appoint a panel of service providers to deliver independent technical assessments and performance oversight services for partner contracts over a 5-year period, requiring qualified team leads (NQF Level 7+, 3+ years experience) and demonstrated MEL/impact assessment expertise on African STI projects.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Project Lead/Principal Investigator with NQF Level 7 or higher qualification
- • 3 years experience in technical assessment, monitoring, evaluation, performance oversight and/or impact assessment
- • Team member with Masters degree in Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) and minimum 2 years working experience
- • Minimum one report (including ToR) demonstrating bi- or multi-country project reviews and/or MEL and/or impact assessment engagements on African continent within last 5 years (January 2021 onwards) related to STI
- • Minimum one reference letter on client letterhead for similar work in last 5 years (January 2021 onwards)
- • Company profile highlighting previous work experience in similar projects
- • Proposal of not more than 15 pages detailing suitability, implementation methodology and draft workplan
- • CVs and qualification certificates for proposed Project Lead and team members
- • Conflict of interest declaration required before project allocation
