About this tender
NRF seeks a service provider to conduct stakeholder engagement assessment and update the NRF's Stakeholder Engagement Strategy, requiring a PhD-qualified Principal Investigator with 15+ years STI experience and a multidisciplinary team with demonstrated expertise in stakeholder analysis and programme evaluation.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Principal Investigator must have minimum PhD qualification in STI fields with at least 15 years experience in research evaluation, programme evaluation or STI sector analysis
- • PI must demonstrate minimum 5 years experience in senior management or executive level role relevant to assignment
- • Minimum 2 CVs of other team members with at least 5 years experience each; minimum 1 team member must have master's degree in STI, others minimum honours degree
- • Company profile highlighting previous work experience in similar projects demonstrating stakeholder analysis and mapping expertise
- • Comprehensive project design proposal outlining methodology (max 20 pages) with draft workplan clearly addressing stated objectives
- • Minimum 3 reports of similar or related work done (including terms of reference) from January 2016 to date
- • Minimum 3 reference letters on client letterhead with project descriptions and contact details for similar work in last 10 years (January 2016 to date)
