What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Portfolio of evidence of previous competency framework and assessment tool development work
- • Minimum 3 reference letters for similar work in past 5 years
- • Experience with organisations of 1000+ employees and comparable geographic complexity
- • Experience in public sector, universities, or NSI (National Science Institutes)
- • Knowledge of SAQA and SETA requirements (South African regulatory environment)
- • Demonstration of data confidentiality and employee information protection measures
- • If proposing web-based platform: system specifications, data security measures, POPIA compliance documentation, hosting location details
