- • MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) completed and submitted
- • MBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form) completed and submitted
- • MBD 7.1 completed and submitted
- • MBD 8 completed and submitted
- • MBD 9 completed and submitted
- • Declaration of Bidder form completed and submitted
- • Completed pricing schedule with all categories filled
- • Security personnel minimum grades: Grade C for Security Officers, Grade B for Supervisors, Grade C+ for Armed Response
- • No sharing of resource personnel amongst service providers
