National Department of Health seeks a service provider to facilitate improvement and maintenance of the Ideal Health Facility Realisation and Maintenance Programme across clinics, community health centres and district hospitals for three years.

- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN from SARS or Central Supplier Database (CSD) number required
- • If consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors involved, each party must submit separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number
- • Foreign suppliers must complete questionnaire on RSA residency and tax liability
- • Bidders must not be persons in service of the state or have directors/members in service of the state
- • Contract form (SBD7) must be completed and signed by successful bidder
- • Bids subject to Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 2000 and Preferential Procurement Regulations
