About this tender
Northern Cape Department of Health seeks to establish a panel of accredited training services providers for three years to deliver NQF-aligned, SETA/ETQA-accredited training programmes for employee development.
Requirements to bid
What you need to qualify for this tender
- • NQF-aligned, credit-bearing approved programmes
- • Facilitators/Assessors/Moderators must have NQF Level 5 qualifications minimum
- • Completed at least one skills development contract within last 5 years
- • Confirmation letter from accredited ETQA/SETA
- • CVs and proof of qualifications/registration for all key personnel
- • Reference letters or award letters from previous clients
- • DHET registration for training providers
- • Accredited training facilities (duly accredited training sites)
- • Occupational Health and Safety Act compliance
- • Public and Product Liability insurance
- • Service Level Agreement to be agreed with NCDOH
- • Performance-based agreement with satisfactory performance criteria
- • Monthly Project Status Reports and moderation reports
- • Closeout Report, Assessors' Report, Internal Moderator's Report upon project completion
