- • Valid accreditation by relevant SETA, QCTO and/or Quality Council
- • CIPC Registration Documents
- • B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit
- • Letter of Good Standing
- • SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid)
- • SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest)
- • SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form)
- • SBD 6.2 (Local Content Declaration if applicable)
- • Minimum 5 reference letters from clients within past 5 years
- • CVs of facilitators/moderators/assessors with minimum 3 years experience
- • Certified copies of qualifications (Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Health & Safety or relevant field)
- • Project Implementation/Management Plan addressing implementation plan and learner attendance management
- • Service Level Agreement (SLA) to be signed
- • MOUs with approved workplaces (where applicable)
