- • Certified Sworn Affidavit or B-BBEE certificate of company
- • Company registration documents
- • References demonstrating prior knowledge and experience providing these services
- • Price valid for minimum 120 days
- • Price firm and inclusive of VAT
- • No conviction for fraud, corruption or criminal offense in past 5 years
- • No history of strike, premature termination or unsuccessful completion of government contracts
- • Not in arrears for more than 3 months with municipal rates and service charges
- • Lease agreement if business premises leased
