- • Approved municipal building plans with gross lettable area and dimensions
- • Proof of ownership, management agreement, power of attorney or legal authority to lease
- • Premises must be within Buffalo City Metropolitan/East London area (preferred: CBD surrounding suburbs including Quigney, Southernwood, Berea, Stirling, Beacon Bay, Vincent, Nahoon, Sunnyridge)
- • BBBEE certificate (combined where Consortia/JV involved)
- • Certified ID copies of all company directors
- • Certified company registration document
- • CSD Report
- • SAPOA Grading certificate (for functionality evaluation)
- • Parking space documentation
- • Proof of fibre availability, server room, air conditioning, backup generator, UPS systems, water backup
- • Pricing schedule as per MTC template
- • Proof of specific goals (black ownership, women ownership, youth ownership, disability ownership, Eastern Cape locality)
