- • Detailed project plan covering scope of work, communication strategy, turnaround times, maintenance, support plan, and risk analysis
- • Full CSD Report (not older than one month)
- • Original tender document only (not reproduced/retyped)
- • All returnable MBDs (MBD 1-9) completed in full
- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate or PIN from SARS
- • For partnerships/consortiums/joint ventures: signed agreement with all parties registered on CSD
- • Certificate from municipality confirming no arrears on rates, taxes, or municipal service charges (or less than three months in dispute)
