What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Business undertaking must be under fulltime supervision of registered professional Architect or Architectural Technologist
- • Ownership and control by registered professionals at least 51% (by shareholding, number, and voting power)
- • For consortia/JVs: all parties must meet the same requirements
- • Minimum 1 project experience with Letter of Appointment or PO valued R5M+ (incl. VAT) with signed Reference Letter
- • Current professional registration certificates with registration numbers for all registered principals
- • Preference Points Claim Form and BBBEE certification
- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- • VAT Registration Certificate from SARS
- • Company/CC/Trust/Partnership registration certificates
- • Completed SBD1 (Invitation to Bid)
- • Form MMSEZ-05 (Bidder's Disclosure)
- • Form MMSEZ-04 (Tender Clarification Meeting Certificate)
- • Form MMSEZ-02 (Particulars of Tenderer's Projects)
- • Completed Pricing Schedule
- • Completed Form of Offer (C1.1)
- • Completed Contract Data
- • Board Resolution for signatory authority
- • If JV/Consortium: separate Board Resolutions for each partner
- • If JV/Consortium: JV/Consortium Agreement
- • If JV/Consortium: Power of Attorney
- • If JV/Consortium: Establishment document signed by all parties
- • Form MMSEZ-01 (proof of 51%+ SACAP professional ownership/control)
- • Minimum 70 points on Functionality assessment to proceed
