- • Proof of Municipal rates (within one month)
- • Joint Venture agreement (if applicable)
- • Form A4 - Machinery Resources completion
- • NaTIS documents or Vehicle registration certificates for machinery ownership
- • Health and Safety Officer registration (SACPCMP or NOSA minimum)
- • Project Manager/Contract Manager with relevant qualifications and experience
- • Site Agent with relevant qualifications and experience
- • General Foreman with similar project experience
- • Letter of intent to lease (if machinery is leased)
- • Proof of POPIA compliance awareness
