- • Company profile highlighting Organisational Development experience
- • Minimum three client reference letters on company letterhead showing project details and duration
- • Team leader CV with OD experience and tertiary qualification in OD field
- • Three additional resource CVs with OD/Design experience and relevant tertiary qualifications
- • Detailed project methodology covering scope, time, quality, risk, and stakeholder management
- • Skills transfer schedule with technical and soft skills outcomes
- • Minimum four resources available virtually and/or face-to-face during 6-month period
- • Proof of women representation for CSD points claim
- • Proof of youth representation for CSD points claim
- • Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for QSE/EME Level 1-2 status for specific goals
