What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Minimum 3 reference letters from completed Communication, Marketing, Branding and Events Planning projects valued at minimum R5,000,000 each
- • Project Leader: Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or Media Studies + minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in Integrated Communications and Marketing strategies (public and private sector) as Project Manager
- • Media Strategist/Brand Manager: National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies or Journalism + minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in media/branding strategies, media liaison, and public relations
- • Creative Writer: National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Journalism, Communications, or Media Studies + minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in strategic/corporate communications and marketing material development
- • Photographer: Certificate (NQF Level 5) in photography and videography/audiovisuals + minimum 7 years post-qualification experience + portfolio of work (mandatory for points)
- • Graphic Designer: Certificate (NQF Level 5) in graphic design + minimum 7 years post-qualification experience + portfolio of work (mandatory for points)
- • Events Planner: Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Marketing, Public Relations or Events Planning + minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in corporate events, stakeholder engagements and community outreach
- • Joint Venture/Consortium: signed JV Agreement and director resolution if applicable
- • Subsidiary arrangement: audited proof of agreement between holding company and subsidiary
- • Pricing schedule with no correction fluid; corrections must be single-stroke and initialled
- • SBD 6.1 completion (non-mandatory but forfeiture of Specific Goals points if not completed)
