- • Graphic designer with 8 years experience, detailed CV, bachelor's degree in graphic design or visual communication
- • Editor with 3 years experience, detailed CV, bachelor's degree or diploma in Literature, Journalism, or Communication
- • Proof of completion of previous projects in printing, graphic design and photography
- • Municipal accounts not in arrears exceeding 3 months (bidder and directors)
- • MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 7.1, MBD 8, MBD 9 and Declaration of Bidder forms required
- • Service Level Agreement (SLA) signature required
- • Sealed hard copy submission only (no email, fax, or courier responsibility accepted)
- • All prices inclusive of VAT
- • Not in service of the state as per Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act
